Join me for a peaceful and grounding Sunday morning yoga practice in our new home for the winter at Casa Amar in Charneca da Caparica.

This 90-minute Mindful Hatha Yoga class is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself before the week begins. We hold each posture a little longer to cultivate awareness, softness, and inner balance.

☕️ Arrive from 9:00 AM if you’d like to enjoy a cup of tea with me/us before we start.
The class begins at 9:30 AM and lasts 90 minutes.

There’s no minimum number of participants (as I rent the room), so you can freely plan your me-time, mark it in your calendar, and make your well-being a priority. ?

?‍♀️ Yoga mats are provided — just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and an open heart.
